This is the 37th in a series of 43 Endangered ANWB routes. These have been published in the Promotors between April 2015 and September 2016.
My 37th review of a route that I did not make and did not drive (yet). I checked all route points and placed them neatly on the road. I have also set the starting point and end point of the route a bit further apart to avoid navigating directly to the end point.
That has succeeded everywhere except in Hulst between route points 10 and 11 (Purple) and between route points 38 and 39 (Purple), TomTom and Garmin do not agree with each other. No big problem, if you drive alone you just follow the instructions of your GPS, you drive in a group then you follow the front rider. From route point 11 and 39 the two will come together again and your GPS will follow the route correctly again.
Finally, I made the route the same for TomTom, Garmin and MyRoute-app Navigation users.

Vestingstad Hulst
The cunning fox also experienced his adventures in the Dutch border town of New Namen. Especially in Hulst you often come across his name, in cafes and in the names of buildings and streets.
At the Ghent Gate (the southern entrance of the fortified city) is an image of the fox. (source: Promoter: No. 06-2016).
Because I have not (yet) driven this route myself, I have rated this route with 3 stars!
