D Todtnauberg Schluchsee Titisee Kandelberg Todtnauberg 194 km
Published: 20/11/2018
We spent a midweek at Pension Daheim in Todtnauberg. This is a small Pension, they have five double rooms and a family room. The manageress of this Pension does everything herself so has no staff. Therefore, this Pension can be booked as bed and breakfast. For the hot bite there are several occasions in Todtnauberg. From simple Pizeria to a number of good restaurants. The landlady is in the morning at breakfast and gives tips in the field of trips as well as culinary. She also wants to book for her guests with the local entrepreneurs where you want to eat. The area is fantastic from very touristy (Neustadt am Titisee) where you have to wrestle through the Aziats to the tranquility of the Kandelberg. Here Parasailing and Parapents are done. The road to the Kandelberg is one of unheard-of class. A sequence of hairpin bends up. One of our group was with us on a Goldwing with duo and indicated that we had to think of the mountain but an alternative, he had turned enough turns for a day. .

About this region
Baden-Württemberg (; German: [ˌbaːdn̩ ˈvʏʁtəmbɛʁk] (listen)) is a state in southwest Germany, east of the Rhine, which forms the border with France. It is Germany’s third-largest state, with an area of 35,751 km2 (13,804 sq mi) and 11 million inhabitants. Baden-Württemberg is a parliamentary republic and partly sovereign, federated state which was formed in 1952 by a merger of the states of Württemberg-Baden, Baden and Württemberg-Hohenzollern. The largest city in Baden-Württemberg is the state capital of Stuttgart, followed by Karlsruhe and Mannheim. Other cities are Freiburg im Breisgau, Heidelberg, Heilbronn, Pforzheim, Reutlingen and Ulm. The sobriquet Ländle ("small land" in the local Swabian and Alemannic German dialects) is sometimes used as a synonym for Baden-Württemberg.
