Published: 24/01/2019
Makkummerdijk (Workum)
This TTT has both the start and end points in Nijland.
You go around Sneek along the Sneekermeer to Joure, then along the Slotermeer. To pause in Sloten, there are plenty of options in Sloten. Then on to Stavoren, just in the photo with the Vrouwtje van Stavoren. Then via Hindeloopen, Workum, known from the tv series Doctor Tinus, to Nijezijl to end up in Nijland again.

More indo about the Vrouwtje van Stavoren: nl.wikipedia.org

Because I have not driven this route (yet) myself, this route gets 3 stars.

In addition to Dutch, Frisian has administrative language status in the province. But who doesn't know Friesland from the Elfstedentocht? The route will then be reviewed and then added to the Top 10.
To make the Top 10 also the Top 10, 1 route will have to disappear from the Top 10, you can indicate this when submitting the new route.

View route collection The ANWB ProMotor Tank Bag Tours of 1996
About this route collection
Ever since the early 90s of the last century, Promotor has been setting out the so-called Tank Bag Tours. You understand that the name still comes from the GPS-free era, when motorcyclists still searched their way on inland roads with a roadbook in the tank bag or router roll.

You have also seen the Tank Bag Tours of 1996 one by one, from now on also as a collection of 1996.

All routes in this collection have been checked and made the same for TomTom, Garmin and MyRoute-app Navigation by a RouteRpert MyRoute-app. The routes follow as much as possible the original route as it was made at the time.

In this collection you visit the following provinces:
• Friesland
• Gelderland
• Utrecht
• Limburg
• Limburg (Belgium)
• Flevoland
• Overijssel
• South-Holland

Have fun with this collection and while driving one of these routes. Enjoy all the beauty that the Netherlands and Belgium have to offer. Click on “View route” to read the review of the chosen route.
