TTT 1992 04 Nijmegen Groesbeek
Published: 16/01/2019
Neutraleweg (Milsbeek)
The route starts in Nijmegen on the Waalkade and goes via Ooij, Leuth, Berg & Dal, Afferden to Bergen. About halfway along the route you have the possibility to pause at route point 12 in Ottersum. At Afferden you will drive along the meuse to cross the Maas at Bergen with the ferry "Bergen - Vierlingsbeek". Then it goes via Boxmeer, Beugen to Cuijk, to cross the loop there again to drive across Middelaar towards Mook. At Mook you turn right to Groesbeek to the end of the route.

Because I have not driven this route (yet), this route gets 3 stars.

Route details:
The route is created for TomTom, Garmin and MyRoute-app Navigation users. That has succeeded everywhere. At the route point and 25 and 31 (Purple), ferry crossing Bergen - Vierlingsbeek & Cuijk - Mediator, I used the option "Skip waypoint" to prevent unnecessary detours on the Here map.

North Brabant (Dutch: Noord-Brabant; [ˌnoːrd ˈbraːbɑnt] (listen)), also unofficially called Brabant, is a province in the south of the Netherlands. The northern border follows the Meuse westward to its mouth in the Hollands Diep strait, part of the Rhine–Meuse–Scheldt delta.

View route collection The ANWB ProMotor Tank Bag Tours of 1992
About this route collection
Ever since the early 90s of the last century, Promotor has been setting out the so-called Tank Bag Tours. You understand that the name still comes from the GPS-free era, when motorcyclists still searched their way on inland roads with a roadbook in the tank bag or router roll.

You have also seen the Tank Bag Tours of 1992 one by one, from now on also as a collection of 1992.
All routes in this collection have been checked and made the same for TomTom, Garmin and MyRoute-app Navigation by a RouteRpert MyRoute-app. The routes follow as much as possible the original route as it was made at the time.

In this collection you visit the following provinces:
• Friesland
• Drenthe
• Overijssel
• North Holland
• South-Holland
• Utrecht
• Flevoland
• Gelderland
• North Brabant
• Limburg
• Province of Liège in Belgium.

Have fun with this collection and while driving one of these routes. Enjoy all the beauty that the Netherlands and Belgium has to offer. Click on “View route” to read the review of the chosen route.
