This is the 41st in a series of 43 Endangered ANWB routes. These have been published in the Promotors between April 2015 and September 2016.
My 41st review of a route that I did not make myself, but did drive. I checked all route points and placed them neatly on the road. I have also set the starting point and end point of the route a bit further apart to avoid navigating directly to the end point.
Finally, I made the route the same for TomTom, Garmin and MyRoute-app Navigation users.

Stippelberg (Milheeze)
A desolate desolation, almost uninhabited and with its marshes dangerous to pass through. The structure of this area changed with the development of the region in the 19th century. The high peat was excavated and formed the raw material for the peat industry.
Later the soil was made suitable for agriculture and horticulture. Now a large part of De Peel is a cultural area with friendly villages, fields and meadows, but also with a lot of natural beauty in the form of forests, heath, peat ponds and shifting sands. (Source: Promoter No. 01-2016).
Because I drove this route myself, I have rated this route with 4 stars!
