RouteXpert Review
We start this wonderful day via the Gardenapas towards Sellapas with its 2.240m altitude. The Sella, a famous pass in the Giro. Both passes were constructed in the First World War for military reasons. The road is reasonably wide and the gradient does not exceed 10%. The view of the mountains is beautiful, in the south still the Sellamassief, in the north the imposing Sassongher. Via the Passo di Lavazé, we drive towards NigerPass. The Lavazéjoch is a so-called forest park. It is on both sides on the pass partly so densely wooded, that one has the impression that one drives at night. We continue our way towards Castelrotto and Ortisei and then return to the hotel via the Val Gardena.
Again enjoyed delicious winding roads and beautiful views of these toll-free passes.
