This is the 29th in a series of 43 Endangered ANWB routes. These have been published in the Promoters between April 2015 and September 2016.
My 29th review of a route that I did not make myself and have not (yet) driven. I have checked all route points and placed them neatly on the road where necessary. I have also set the starting point and end point of the route a bit further apart to avoid navigating directly to the end point. At rp.15 you can take a picture at Cosmos Observatory.
Finally, I made the route the same for TomTom, Garmin and MyRoute-app Navigation users.
03-08-2020: Route modified on the instructions of Evert ter Keurst, who drove the route and recorded a track log.

Bedreigd ANWB bordje
Here the old customs have been better preserved than elsewhere. Do you know the Phantom hare, for example, or have you ever heard of the Hellhound or the Devil in the cowskin? In the Twente villages, these and many other stories continue as legends and legends. But this area also scores well. Forests, meadows and fields, intersected by rivers and streams, alternate. (Source: Promoter No. 09-2015; Endangered ANWB routes).
Because I have not (yet) driven this route myself, I have rated this route with 3 stars!

rp.15 Cosmos Sterrenwacht.
