RouteXpert Review
Midweek stay Hotel Niedersachsen With a group of friends I spent a midweek in Hotel Niedersachsen in Goslar OT Hahnenklee - Bockwiese.
I can recommend this Hotel to anyone. The Dutch couple is doing everything to read the guests every wish of the eyes. Henk and Wilma Veldhuis are the owners of this beautiful hotel that has a nice indoor pool to relax after a nice trip. Or as we regularly did in the garden with a nice cold beer.
Henk himself also has the necessary routes that he likes to make available to you.
For example, we have "borrowed" many a ride from him in which he likes to place the route in your Navigation.
In the vicinity of the hotel there is also plenty to do, so that after dinner you can stretch your legs with a walk around the artificial lake or visit the Stafkerk built in Norwegian atmosphere.
During this trip there was a lot to see of the fantastic surroundings with the nice roadways and authentic part of the Harz.
You thus arrive at the station Drie Annen Höhne where the coal-fired steam train stops on the way to der Brocken, the highest mountain mass in the Harz.
On top of this mountain was formerly a listening post of the Stasi (East German secret service) where the activities of the West could be monitored. This Brockenhuis is now accessible to everyone and is best known for its "roof terrace" where you have a 360 degree view of the surrounding area.
Today we decided to pay a visit to the Glasmanufactur Harzkristal in Derenburg.
In this glass factory and shop / museum you can view the art of glass crystal blowing and follow guided tours.
It is also a nice lunch address where you can strengthen the inner man and relax on the terrace or in the sculpture garden.
So and now on such a hot day we have a trip of 180 km to get back to the Hotel with its delicious Weizen in a touristy way.

About this region
Bremerhaven (German pronunciation: [ˌbʁeːmɐˈhaːfn̩] (listen), lit. 'Bremener Harbour', Low German: Bremerhoben) is a city at the seaport of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, a state of the Federal Republic of Germany.
It forms a semi-enclave in the state of Lower Saxony and is located at the mouth of the Weser on its eastern bank, opposite the town of Nordenham. Though a relatively new city, it has a long history as a trade port and today is one of the most important German ports, playing a role in Germany's trade.
Wesermünde was a neighboring city created in 1924 through the merger of Geestemünde and Lehe. In 1939, Bremerhaven was incorporated into Wesermünde, but in 1947 the cities were collectively renamed as Bremerhaven and returned to the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen.
