This very nice tour is part of a 9 day motorcycle holiday in Corsica and Sardinia. Immediately after leaving the hotel, you start winding along the mainly beautiful and good roads of Corsica and after just under 50 KM you are already at 800 meters altitude, see attached altitude plate. Given the temperatures (in the summer months) it is wise to bring some water for the road and to stop regularly for some cooling, after 1H20M you will reach the 1st stop, namely at the Photo Point Belvédère de Pasciolo, this is an old ruin . 10 minutes later with you at the 2nd stop, this time to have a cup of coffee or tea. After coffee, on to the lunch location, which is at an altitude of 1409 meters, so if meandering and climbing to lunch at Hôtel Restaurant le Chalet, you are now driving 3H.

After lunch the same way back to return to Restaurant u Valduniellu after 4H30M for something fresh and to prepare for the next climb to Col du Vergio * at 1435 meters, but first enjoy the view at route point 9 (see the header photo).
* The Col de Vergio or is a mountain pass at an altitude of 1478 meters on the French island of Corsica. The mountain pass connects Albertacce in the central interior of the island with Évisa and Porto on the west coast. The col is the highest asphalted mountain pass on the island. (Source: Wikipedia).
After the Col du Vegio, it is still 2H winding before you reach the hotel, you drive a long way along the coast and there are also plenty of opportunities to take a break and enjoy the beautiful view.
